📋 Job Responsibilities & Skills Required
- Supervise and lead teams of electricians and supervisors.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and interpret technical drawings.
- Manage and maintain plant electrical systems and repair records.
- Ensure proper EAM execution as per OEM and PM schedules.
- Apply strong understanding of electrical equipment like transformers, switchgear, VFDs, UPS, soft starters, and battery systems.
- Adhere to all safety and maintenance protocols.
