Miscellaneous Instructions

- Forms can also be collected directly from the PIO admin office.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- Selected candidates will receive a stipend as per policy during training.
- Submit the duly filled application form along with attested documents and Rs. 2000/- bank draft/pay order in the name of Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital, Rawalpindi.
- Applications must reach PIO office by 20 November 2025.
