Army Public School Pasrur Garrison is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Principal to lead and manage the school with a strong focus on academic excellence, administrative efficiency, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in educational leadership, teaching, and human resource management, ensuring the growth and development of both staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day school operations and ensuring high educational standards.
- Implementing academic policies and strategies to improve student performance.
- Managing school staff, organizing training programs, and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Collaborating with parents, staff, and the community to support educational initiatives.
Requirements:
- Retired Army Officer with MA/MSc (degree not below Second Division) and preferably with MA Ed. / MSc Ed. or a civilian with a Ph.D./M.Phil./MA/MSc qualification.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of teaching experience with a strong background in human resource management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and administrative skills.
