- Degrees must be from recognized boards/universities

- Computer Operator: Merit (3), Zone-I (2), Zone-II (2), Zone-III (2), Zone-IV (2), Zone-V (1), Zone-VI (1)
- Stenographer: Merit (1)
- Junior Clerk: Merit (2), Minority (1), remaining distributed across Zones I–VI
