- Strong understanding of grievance redressal systems
- Familiarity with resettlement, environmental, and social safeguard policies
- Knowledge of World Bank operational procedures
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and resolve public grievances related to resettlement and project impact
- Conduct hearings and field investigations where required
- Ensure decisions comply with RAP and environmental safeguard frameworks
- Handle environmental complaints with proper legal and policy context
- Maintain transparency and timely resolution (preferably within 1 month)
