Key Skills & Eligibility Criteria

- Engineering graduates (PEC registered) and HRMS software experience considered an advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Maintain HR records, service files, and databases
- Handle promotions, transfers, leave, and HR compliance matters
- Draft official letters, notifications, and reports
- Implement HR policies and administrative procedures
- Coordinate employee performance evaluation and development
- Ensure compliance with organizational and government regulations
