Eligibility Criteria and Domicile Mandate
- Domicile Rule: Only applicants holding a valid residential domicile certificate from any district of the Punjab province are eligible to apply.
- Age Limits: * Minimum Age: 30 Years
- Maximum Age: 50 Years
- General upper age relaxations are strictly applicable for both male and female candidates as per the prevailing notification rules of the Government of the Punjab.
- Licensing Requirement: All applicants must have a valid, updated registration certificate issued by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC).
Application Submission Process
Formatting the Application Package
Interested candidates must submit their application file on standard white paper addressed directly to the head of the institution. The physical application package must contain:
- Attested photocopies of all educational degrees, certificates, and detailed transcript marks sheets.
- Attested copies of specialized postgraduate diplomas/fellowships (FCPS/MS/MD/M.Phil).
- Valid PM&DC/PMC clinical registration certificate.
- Official teaching experience certificates issued by competent authorities.
- Copies of indexed research publications along with institutional clearance letters.
- Copy of Punjab Domicile, computerized CNIC, and three recent passport-size photographs.

Deadline for Document Receipt
The last date for the submission of physical applications at the institute office is June 25, 2026. Incomplete, modified, or delayed applications will not be processed.
