| Research Publications | At least 15 research publications in HEC-recognized refereed journals/books |
| Leadership Experience | Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary research teams and agricultural research programs |
| Resource Management | Demonstrated capability to mobilize and utilize financial and human resources effectively |
| Communication Skills | Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills |
| Nationality | Pakistani citizens only |
| Dual Nationality | Not permitted |
