Eligibility Criteria & General Notes
- Academic Background: Candidates must not have any 3rd Division throughout their whole educational career.
- Language Priority: Candidates who can speak fluent English will be given priority during the evaluation.
- Training Preference: Trained and highly qualified applicants will be given preference.
- Contract and Probation: Positions are initially offered on a contract basis for a period of two years (extendable based on satisfactory performance). Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period, which can be extended up to two years. Regularization is subject to the successful completion of probation and the satisfaction of the Board of Governors (BOG).
- Merit & Selection: Selection will be strictly merit-based. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, and no TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Seat Adjustments: The number of available seats can be increased or decreased at the discretion of the management.
