Key Responsibilities
- Performance & KPIs: Drive overall store performance by achieving sales, profitability, and operational KPIs in line with organizational goals.
- P&L Management: Manage store P&L by controlling operational costs, optimizing labor utilization, and ensuring budget adherence without compromising service quality.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop store teams to build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer service, and results delivery.
- Inventory Control: Ensure efficient inventory management through accurate stock planning, timely replenishment, and strict control of stock losses and variances.
- In-Store Strategies: Develop and implement in-store strategies to enhance customer footfall, improve conversion rates, and maximize average basket size.
- Store Presentation: Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and product availability across all departments to ensure a best-in-class shopping experience.
