The Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) provides policy and technical support to the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan. Applications are invited from eligible individuals for the following career opportunities:

| Assistant Specialist (Monitoring) | 03 | 35 Years (As of the closing date; no age relaxation permitted) | • CA Inter / CMA Inter / ACCA / CIMA / CFA; OR • Member of a professional body of Accountants; OR • MBA (Finance) / Master’s degree in Finance/Commerce or related fields (at least 16 years of education) from an HEC recognized/affiliated institute/university; OR • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Data Analytics / Data Sciences / Business Analytics. | • 03 years of experience, preferably in the energy/power sector. • Hands-on experience in dashboard reporting, KPI tracking, and data-driven performance evaluation. • Demonstrated exposure to loss analysis, recovery performance, and operational efficiency benchmarks. • Preference for experience in Dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent), data validation, reconciliation, and large operational datasets. |
General Information & Eligibility Criteria
Probationary Period & Remuneration
- The first 03 months of employment shall be on probation. Continuation thereafter will be in accordance with company policy.
- The selected candidates will be offered a market-based, competitive remuneration package, commensurate with their skills and experience as per company policy.
Required Candidate Traits
- Candidates must possess strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
