| Deputy Director (HSE/ESG) | • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Civil Engineering, Energy and Environmental Engineering from a recognized university. • Preferences: Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Management/Occupational Health & Safety or professional certifications in NEBOSH / ISO 45001 Lead Auditor / ISO 14001 Environmental Management. | • Minimum: Eight (08) years of post-qualification experience of HSE/ESG. • Preference: Experience on energy infrastructure projects. |
| Deputy Director Quality & Technical Assurance | • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical/Electronics/Industrial / Energy Management from a recognized university. • Preferences: Master’s degree in Engineering Management / Quality Management or relevant certificate in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent relevant professional certifications. | • Minimum: Eight (08) years of post-qualification experience of Quality and Technical Assurance. • Preference: Experience on infrastructure / power / utility, or industrial projects. |
| Deputy Director Project delivery | • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial/Civil Engineering from a recognized university. • Preferences: Master’s Degree in Engineering Management/Project Management. | • Minimum: Eight (08) years of post-qualification experience in delivering infrastructure projects. • Preference: Experience in coordinating engineering designs/procurement/ EPC Projects / construction/installation / testing, commissioning and project close-out activities / reviewing technical specifications / drawings / method statements / work programmer / inspection and test plans / quality documentation, and contractors’ submissions. |
| Deputy Director (Legal) | • Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university. • Preferences: Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law/Contract Law / or related specialization. Accreditation in arbitration or dispute resolution will be an added advantage. | • Minimum: Eight (08) years of post-qualification relevant experience in a reputable national/multinational organization. • Preference: Experience of working in companies / organizations for contract law / commercial law / public procurement/ EPC Contract and regulatory proceedings. |
| Deputy Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) | • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical from a recognized university. • Preferences: Master’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration. | • Minimum: Eight (08) years of post-qualification of M&E of projects. • Preference: Experience in developing & implementing M&E Frameworks / preparation of PC- III, IV and V documents. |
Remuneration, Tenure & Key Conditions
- Package & Tenure: Market-based compensation package commensurate with qualifications and experience. Positions are on a contract basis initially for 3 years (with 3 months probation), extendable based on performance and need.
- PEC Registration: Engineering candidates must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as Professional Engineers (PE).
- In-Service Candidates: Applicants currently working in Govt / Semi Govt / Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel along with NOC on official letterhead.
- Selection Terms: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/selection process. Original documents must be presented at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
