Position	Qualification & Experience Requirements
CFO / Accounts Officer (PPS-07)	Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting (Preferably CA). Experience: Min 10 years of relevant experience. Preference for CA/CPA/CMA, Public Finance Management, E-AAA, SAP, e-Office, and IPAS expertise.
Assistant Private Secretary (PPS-06)	Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with 100 WPM shorthand and 50 WPM typing speed. Experience: Min 2 years experience as Steno typist with supervisory officers. Proficient in MS Office & InPage.
Assistant (PPS-05)	Qualification: B.A./B.Sc with IT diploma & typing speed of at least 35 WPM. Experience: Min 3 years relevant job profile experience. Higher experience in public sector preferred.
Driver (PPS-01)	Qualification: Primary Pass with valid LTV driving license & versed with traffic rules. Experience: Min 2 years driving experience (public sector preference).
Naib Qasid (PPS-01)	Qualification: Matric Pass. Experience: Relevant experience (public sector preference), capable to read/write English.
Sanitary Worker / Sweeper (PPS-01)	Qualification: Primary Pass. Experience: Relevant experience (public sector preference), well-versed with cleaning/hygiene products.

Terms, Conditions & Application Procedure

Employment Type: Contract basis for an initial period of 1 year (extendable on performance) under the project “Establishment of Project Management Cell (PMC) for Creation of Shipyard at Gwadar”.
Age Relaxation: General 5-year age relaxation is already included in the maximum age limit of 50 years.
Pay Package: Appointments will be made on the Standard Pay Package of PSDP Projects.
PPS-1 Preference: Preference will be given to local candidates applying for PPS-1 positions.
