Job Description
- Assist the Authority in matters related to safety and security of WAPDA’s assets and personnel.
- Coordinate with Law Enforcement Agencies, Project Authorities, and field formations.
- Develop and manage effective and efficient security systems for WAPDA installations.
- Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of security staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with WAPDA security protocols.
Tenure, Salary, and Facilities
- Appointment initially on a contract basis for 3 years (extendable based on performance).
- Competitive salary package as per BPS-20 standards.
- Other benefits as admissible under WAPDA rules.
Required Qualification & Experience
- Retired Brigadier or equivalent rank from Pakistan Armed Forces.
- Must possess strong operational and security management expertise.
- Graduate of Pakistan Staff College or equivalent institution preferred.
