Project Director	Education Qualification: BS (Honours) in Engineering and / or Master in Economics, Business/Public Administration (MBA/MPA), Project Management (MPM), Public Health (MPH), Public Policy (MPP), and other relevant fields from HEC recognized institutions (professional certifications preferred). Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the planning, implementation, supervision, and management of water supply or other infrastructure development projects. Proven leadership, coordination, and team management skills. Familiarity with Government of Balochistan’s procurement rules and financial management is preferred. Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Involvement in the execution, implementation & operationalization of water treatment plants.
