Position 1: Project Manager

Reports to: General Manager
Department: Projects & Development
Location: Lahore

Core Competencies

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is preferred.
5-8 years of experience, with 2-3 years in a project management or leadership role (Hospitality/Retail/F&B preferred).
Advanced knowledge of project lifecycle, scheduling, and risk management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and oversee new restaurant openings, renovations, and internal facility projects across Pakistan.
Create comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report financial variances.
Define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Construction) to ensure seamless execution.
Select, manage, and supervise external contractors and vendors.
Prepare detailed project progress reports with key milestones and actionable updates.

Position 2: Senior Audit Manager

Reports to: GM Operations
Department: Internal Audit & Finance
Location: Lahore
Systems: ERP Systems, Excel, Data Analytics

Core Competencies

Master’s in Accounting/Finance or CA (Qualified or Partly), ACCA, or CIA certification.
5-8 years of experience, with 2-3 years in a managerial or lead role (Restaurant/Retail preferred).
Advanced knowledge of ERP, costing, and internal control frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and manage comprehensive annual internal audit plans for all entities.
Oversee financial audits, operational process reviews, and regulatory compliance tests.
Analyze inventory, costing, and supply chain efficiency for fraud and variance.
Review point-of-sale and cash reconciliation processes.
Perform risk assessments and recommend internal control improvements.
Prepare detailed reports with actionable findings for senior management.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the internal audit team.
