General Terms & Conditions
- ETEA Screening Test: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out later by the appointing authority.
- CNIC Verification: Candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk) using the printed E-Sahulat token prior to applying.
- Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
- Government Employees: Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies must apply through proper channel.
- Multiple Posts: Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate online applications with separate fees.
- Equivalency: Candidates holding foreign degrees must provide HEC equivalency certificates.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
How to Apply & Important Deadlines
- Online Application Starts: August 01, 2026.
- Last Date for Submission: August 20, 2026.
- Application Fee Deposit: After applying online, candidates must print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable fee via the Easypaisa app/agent or at any UBL Bank branch. Keep the stamped original deposit slip safe.
- Document Submission: Do not send hard copies/documents to ETEA offices after applying online. Only candidates who pass the screening test will be required to submit documents upon request.
- Roll No. Slips: Candidates will be notified via SMS to download Roll No. Slips from the ETEA website. Test dates, times, and venues will be specified on the slips. No call letters will be dispatched by post.
