Eligibility Criteria
- MPhil or equivalent postgraduate qualification with 18 years of formal education.
- Qualification must be directly relevant to the university’s research mandate.
- Candidates holding a PhD in a relevant discipline are eligible and will receive preference.
- Degree must be obtained from an HEC-recognized institution in Pakistan or an equivalent accredited institution abroad.
Publication Requirements
- Minimum of two peer-reviewed research publications in HEC-recognized journals categorized as W, X, or Y.
- Co-authorship is acceptable if the candidate is among the first three authors or the corresponding author.
- Additional weightage will be given to:
- Publications in W-category journals.
- Publications where the candidate is the first author.
- Publications where the candidate is the corresponding author.
Additional Skills & Requirements
