Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Educational Qualification: At least a Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Computational Science.
Professional Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible professional experience in software engineering, systems integration, and digital solution development.
Core Competencies: Demonstrated background in software architecture/enterprise application development and integration, Linux operating systems, database/server administration, cloud computing, virtualization, containerized environments, and API development/middleware.
Preferred Background: Experience with scientific, meteorological, hydrological, environmental, or other mission-critical operational information systems is highly desirable.
