| Director People & Culture | • Direct PSEB’s human resources and organizational development function. • Manage full talent journey: hiring, performance culture, learning & development, succession planning, and HR policy compliance. • Serve as trusted HR advisor to the CEO and senior leadership. | • Education: Minimum 16 years of education in HRM, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, or related field (HEC-recognized). • Certifications: SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent is an added advantage. • Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR/OD leadership, including 3 years in a senior HR role. | • Age Limit: Under 56 years of age. • Sector Background: Public-sector experience is highly valued, but ambitious private-sector HR leaders are welcome. |
