Government of Pakistan announces PEMRA Council of Complaints jobs 2026 for Islamabad and Balochistan. Positions available for Chairman and Members with media and governance experience.
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan, has announced honorary appointments for Chairpersons and Members of PEMRA Councils of Complaints for Islamabad and Balochistan. These appointments are made under the PEMRA Ordinance 2002 as amended in 2023 and are open to eligible male and female candidates with strong professional backgrounds.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution
- Male and female candidates are eligible
- Proven integrity, competence, and professional credibility
- Background in media, law, business, finance, management, or social sector preferred
Tenure and Nature of Appointment
- Honorary appointment for a period of two years
- Positions are non-salaried
- No TA or DA admissible for interview
Application Process
- Applications must include CV and three passport-size photographs
- Attested copies of CNIC, educational degrees, testimonials, and experience certificates required
- Attested copy of domicile and medical certificate (proof of date of birth) must be attached
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained
Deadline and Selection
- Applications must reach the concerned office within 15 days of advertisement publication
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
