Qualification Requirements

Experience & Skills
- At least 12 years of relevant post-qualification procurement experience.
- Sound knowledge of PPRA Rules.
- Practical experience with World Bank procurement procedures.
- Expertise in procurement planning, bidding documents, RFPs, evaluations, and procurement advertisements.
- Experience working with public sector organizations and donor-funded projects is an advantage.
- Understanding of local government systems and regulatory frameworks is preferred.
