- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
- Accurate data recording and customer support handling

Assistant Manager – IT
- Manage day-to-day IT operations in healthcare and education systems
- Maintain and optimize enterprise platforms and telemedicine tools
- Provide technical support and ensure system security and compliance
- Coordinate IT projects, vendors, and system upgrades
Call Center Agent
- Handle patient and customer queries through calls
- Resolve issues and escalate complex cases
- Maintain call records and support service quality goals
