Required Experience
Candidates should possess:
- At least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT programs and strategic projects.
- Strong leadership in enterprise-wide IT automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing technology partners, vendors, and service providers.
- Expertise in project and program management with a successful record of delivering complex IT initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Maximum age limit: 50 years on the application closing date.
- Strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills are preferred.
Contract Details
- Initial appointment will be on a 3-year contractual basis.
- The contract may be extended based on organizational requirements and performance.
- Regularization may be considered after completion of three years, subject to SECP’s prescribed criteria.
