Job Summary and Eligibility Criteria
- Department: Board Secretariat
- Core Responsibilities: Ensuring Board procedures are followed, compliance with corporate and statutory laws, assisting the Company Secretary with board decisions, and managing the publication and circulation of quarterly and annual accounts.
- Educational Recognition: All educational qualifications must be obtained from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.
