General Instructions & Application Guidelines

How to Apply Online: Candidates must apply online through the UoC website at https://uoc.edu.pk/jobs.png.
Document Submission: After online submission, candidates must submit two (02) sets of the dossier in hard form along with the duly signed online Application Form, original paid system-generated fee challan, attested copies of academic credentials, experience certificates, and detailed resumes (preferably double-sided page print).
Application Processing Fee (Non-refundable):
- Rs. 5,000/- for posts of Controller of Examinations and Registrar.
- Rs. 3,000/- for all other Administrative Posts. (Employees of UoC are exempted from processing fees).
Application Deadline:
- Online application deadline: 07.10.2026 (Wednesday).
- Hard copy submission deadline: 08.10.2026 (Thursday) (through registered courier/post only) to the Office of the Registrar, University of Chakwal, City Campus, Talagang Road, Chakwal during office hours (up to 04:00 PM).
