Note: Condition of no 3rd division shall not be applicable in the qualification of appointment as lecturer provided that the candidate holds a higher degree viz PhD or equivalent degree with not more than one 3rd division in entire academic career.

Terms & Conditions for Applying for Test (via ETEA)

Online Application: Candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website (www.etea.edu.pk) to apply online.
CNIC Verification: Before depositing the fee, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and verify their CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk).
Fee Payment: Deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through Easypaisa app, Easypaisa agent, or any branch of UBL Bank using the generated deposit slip.
Important Dates:
- Online Application Starts: 20th August, 2026
- Last Date for Application Submission: 16th September, 2026
Roll No. Slips & Call Letters: Roll No. Slips will be downloaded from www.etea.edu.pk. No separate call letter will be issued by post or courier.

Procedure for Qualified Candidates After ETEA Test

University Application: Candidates shortlisted after qualifying the ETEA written test must submit an online application form through the University website ([http://www.uoas.edu.pk](http://www.uoas.edu.pk)) along with a processing fee of Rs. 1,000/- deposited in Account No. PK42KHYB5203003004012359 of Bank of Khyber, Nishat Chowk, Saidu Sharif Swat or online within 15 days of the intimation of results.
Document Uploading: Attested copies of academic transcripts, degrees, certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, research papers/publications, and a recent passport-size photograph must be uploaded with the university application. Original documents will be required at the time of interview.
General Conditions:
- In-service candidates must apply through proper channel with an NOC.
- Equivalency certificates from HEC / IBCC are required for foreign degrees or non-standard grading systems.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test and interview.
