Important Terms & Conditions
- Domicile Requirement: Applicants having Punjab domicile are eligible to submit application dossiers.
- Age Relaxation: Five (05) years relaxation in upper age limit will be allowed across the board. Female candidates shall be given eight (08) years age relaxation as per government policy.
- Application Processing Fee: Non-refundable bank draft / pay order in favour of University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore:
- Rs. 5000/- for BPS-19 positions
- Rs. 2500/- for BPS-17 position
- Foreign Degree Holders: Applicants with foreign degrees must provide an HEC equivalence certificate.
- In-Service Applicants: Government servants must submit their applications through proper channel.
- Selection Process: Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview. No TA & DA will be allowed.
- Degree Verification: Final appointment is subject to verification of educational degrees and experience certificates (expenditure to be borne by the candidate).

- Submission Details: Submit the completed proforma along with attested copies of all documents, degrees, certificates, CNIC, domicile, fresh passport-size colored photographs, and original bank draft / pay order to the designated office.
