Experience: At least 12 years of experience in academia, administration, or quality assurance in higher education, including 5 years in a leadership/managerial role related to Quality Assurance, accreditation, or Institutional Research (SARs, Program Accreditation, HEC Ranking, NQF, OBE). Publications & international accreditation experience preferred. |
| Director ORIC (BPS-20) | Qualification: PhD / MS / MPhil (Preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a relevant field) from an HEC recognized University. PhD preferred. Experience: At least 12 years of experience in academia or research administration in higher education, including 5 years of leadership/managerial experience in research development, tech transfer, commercialization, patents, and HEC-funded projects. |
| Director IT (BPS-19) | Qualification: 1st Class Master/Bachelor Degree (16 Years) in Computer Science / Computer System from an HEC recognized University. Experience: At least 15 years’ experience in Technical Planning, Designing, Implementation of Data Base, Network, Web, Systems, Data Center, ERP in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies, with 3 years mandatory experience in BPS-18 or equivalent. Certifications like CCNA/Security preferred. |
| Deputy Director Finance (BPS-18) | Qualification: Master’s degree / equivalent in Commerce / Economics / Finance (preferably 1st Class) with 6 years’ experience in Audit and Accounts equivalent to BPS-17+. OR B.Com (preferably 1st Class) with 10 years’ Accounts experience in Finance, Audit & Accounts equivalent to BPS-17+ in a University, Board, College, or Government Department. Public Sector/University experience preferred. |

- Eligibility: Candidates having domicile of Sindh province are eligible to apply.
- Application Fee: A Demand Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 4000/- (non-refundable) as processing fee in favor of the University of Mirpurkhas must be attached with the application.
- How to Apply: Prescribed application forms can be downloaded directly from the official university portal or obtained from the Office of the Registrar, The University of Mirpurkhas.
- Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 45 years, relaxable up to 5 years for highly qualified suitable candidates in exceptional cases.
- Government Servants: Applicants serving in Government/Semi-Government or autonomous bodies must apply through proper channels accompanied by an NOC from their employer.
- Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews. No TA/DA will be admissible.
