Application Process & ETEA Screening Test
- How to Apply: Interested candidates must visit the ETEA official website to apply online.
- ETEA Profile: Candidates must create a profile on the ETEA portal. After profile creation, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token and verify their CNIC from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/Kiosk.
- Deposit Fee: After online submission, a prescribed online deposit slip will be generated. The non-refundable test fee can be paid through the Easypaisa app, Agent, or any branch of UBL Bank.
- Important Documents: Do not send documents to the ETEA office initially. Hard copies will be required only from candidates who qualify for the screening test when requested by the Appointing Authority.
Key Deadlines & Eligibility Criteria
- Online Application Starts: April 13, 2026.
- Last Date to Apply: April 30, 2026.
- Screening Test: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted later.
- Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be informed via SMS to download and print roll number slips from the ETEA website.
- Age Relaxation: Relaxation of the upper age limit will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
Important Terms and Conditions
- Government Servants: Candidates already working in Government/Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel.
- Test/Interview: No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
- Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be issued interview call letters.
- Foreign Degrees: In the case of a foreign degree, an equivalent certificate from the HEC must be provided.
