Professional Credentials & Skills Required

Drafting Expertise: Extensive experience in drafting or reviewing Conventions, Agreements, MOUs, Contracts, and other legal documents.
International Law: A strong understanding of International Law and the ability to render legal opinions on policy and regulatory matters.
Legislative Drafting: Proven skills and experience in legislative drafting are essential.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to represent the office at national and international fora.

Terms, Conditions, and Application Process

Contract Duration: The initial appointment is for a period of three (3) years, extendable as per the MP Scale Policy, 2020.
