Key Responsibilities
- Lead internal audit function including financial, IT, and operational audits
- Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans aligned with company risks
- Evaluate internal controls, compliance, and risk management systems
- Investigate fraud, irregularities, and recommend system improvements
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with senior management and Board Audit Committee
Eligibility Criteria
- Professional certification: CA, ICMA, CIA, CFE, or CICA
- Maximum age limit: 40 years
- 11–15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in senior audit roles
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, IT audits, and compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
