- Requirements & Skills:
- Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in HR, with minimum 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
