Manager (Cyber Security)	• Desirable: MS/MSc (1st Division). • Essentials: BE/BS (1st Division) in Information Security / Computer Science / IT / Software Engg or equivalent from a HEC recognized reputable University. • Experience: 6-7 years of overall post-qualification experience for bachelor’s degree holders and 4 years for master’s degree holders, including at least 4 years of relevant experience in cyber security.	At least one of the following certifications: • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) • Offsec Certified Professional (OSCP) • Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) • Penetration Tester (GPEN) • GIAC Certified Information Handler (GCIH) Desirable Certifications: Relevant networking, satellite communications, RF, or vendor specific security certifications.
Assistant Manager (Cyber Security)	• Essentials: BE/BS (1st Div) in Information Security / Computer Science / IT / Software Engg or equivalent from a HEC recognized reputable University. • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years hands-on experience in Cybersecurity domain.	At least one of the following certifications: • Offsec Certified Professional (OSCP) • Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) Security+ • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) • CompTIA Cyber Security Analyst (CySA+) • CompTIA PenTest+ • GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) Desirable Certifications: Networking, Linux, Microsoft, firewall, SIEM, satellite communication, or RF-related certifications.

General Conditions / Instructions

Educational Criteria: Only one 2nd division is allowed in the entire educational career, but the final degree must be 3.0 CGPA, and no 3rd division is allowed. Candidates with O/A levels must provide equivalent marks given by IBCC.
Age Limits: Minimum age is 18 years, and upper age limit is 35 years (cut-off date is the closing date for applications; relaxable for specialized experience/qualification).
Registration: Engineers must have registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Application Limit: Candidates can apply for only one post.
Testing & Interviews: Conducted only at Islamabad, and no TA/DA is admissible.
