| Call Centre Supervisor / Feedback System Manager | Qualification: Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Communications, or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in client feedback mechanisms, call centre setup and operations, or social research. Skills: Fluency in Pashto and English is required/preferred. |
| Data Specialist / Dashboard Developer | Qualification: Degree in Statistics, Data Science, IT, or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in database development, online data collection platforms, dashboard design and visualization, and quantitative/qualitative analysis. Other: Knowledge of local context preferred. |
| Phone Agents | Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Fluency in Pashto with basic English communication skills. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in telephone-based data collection, customer service, or social research interviewing. |
| Enumerators | Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or any Health-related field. Experience: 2 years of experience in health-related surveys. Skills: Excellent communication skills, command of Urdu and Pashto, and ability to conduct interviews using digital data collection platforms on Android tablets. |
Note: All appointments are on a contract basis under a donor-funded project for a fixed-term period.

- Appointments are purely fixed-term contract positions under a donor-funded project managed by the Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC).
- Applicants must strictly fulfill the qualification and experience criteria for each designated role.
