Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 16 years education from HEC recognized university
- PEC registration mandatory for engineering roles
- Relevant public/private sector experience required
- Preference for municipal services experience
- Candidates already in Government/Semi-Government must apply through proper channel with NOC

Recruitment Weightage Formula
- Education (16 years): 20 marks
- Higher Qualification (18 years): 5 + 5 marks
- Experience: 30 marks
- Interview/Presentation: 40 marks
