Detailed Qualification Criteria
- First Class Master’s degree (16 years education) from HEC recognized university with 17 years relevant experience.
OR - PhD/M.E. or equivalent qualification with 15 years relevant experience in BPS-17 or above.
Candidates must be well-versed in administrative rules, government regulations, and statutory procedures. For Director QEC, knowledge of quality assurance, academic audit, and preparation of agenda/working papers is essential.
Eligibility & General Conditions
- Sindh domicile is mandatory.
- Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC.
- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (where applicable) is mandatory.
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- No TA/DA admissible.
