Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks and support timely resolution of disputes and claims.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and legal/finance departments.
- Review and process variations, interim payments, deductions, and other contractual adjustments.
- Manage contractual correspondence, such as notices, claims, variations, and other contract-related matters.
- Review contract documents, agreements, BOQs, specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
- Monitor compliance of employers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage contracts in accordance with approved terms, conditions, and project requirements.
