Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of strategic and operational projects.
- Develop and implement EPMO governance and project management frameworks.
- Monitor project performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate portfolio reviews and steering committee meetings.
- Support business cases, feasibility assessments, and executive-level presentations.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable institute.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in project management, portfolio management, PMO governance, or a related field.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder groups.
- Exposure to telecom infrastructure or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
