Job Position	Duty Location	Required Qualification	Experience Requirements
Project Manager (Females are encouraged to apply)	Islamabad Marriott Hotel	• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, OR • Master’s in Construction Management (or related field)	Minimum 10 years of experience in building works, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.

Project Management: Proven experience in managing building construction projects, preferably within the hotel/hospitality sector.
Budgeting & Finishing: Strong expertise in budgeting, cost analysis, and execution of finishing works, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and technical systems.
Compliance & Standards: In-depth knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
Technical Problem Solving: Ability to resolve design and coordination issues through technical clarifications and on-site modifications.
Leadership & Teamwork: Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to manage teams and coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, and contractors.

Must possess a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or a Master’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
Must have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in building construction projects, ideally in hotel construction.
