Available Positions Details

Positions & Grade	No. of Posts	Requisite Qualification & Experience
Bed Management Supervisor (Grade-06)	06	BBA, MBA, BCS or any bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) with a Diploma in Information Technology from KP BTE/TTB. Minimum 02 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a tertiary care hospital or healthcare institution. An additional health diploma/certification is an advantage.
Clinical Technicians (Grade-05) • Surgical: 09 • Pharmacy: 08 • Anesthesia: 03 • Cardiology for A&E Dept: 07 (Female Only)	27 total (09 + 08 + 03 + 07)	Matric (Science) with a Diploma in the relevant field from a recognized medical faculty; or BS in the relevant technology from an HEC-recognized university/institution. Relevant experience in hospital will be preferred.
Finance Cashier (Grade-04)	06	Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) in Finance, IT or any other discipline from an HEC-recognized university; or a Diploma in Information Technology from KP BTE/TTB for candidates holding a general bachelor’s degree. Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in a registered institute/organization. Proficiency in MS Office with typing speed of at least 30 words per minute (WPM).
Ward Clerk (Grade-04)	29	Bachelor degree (14 years of education) in computer science or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university with 01 year of post-qualification relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) with a Diploma in IT from KP BTE/TTB and 02 years of post-qualification relevant experience. Relevant experience in tertiary care hospital will be preferred. Proficiency in MS Office with a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute (WPM).

Terms & Conditions

Governing Rules: The service of the incumbent will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations.
Employment Status: Upon appointment, the candidate will become a full-time institutional employee and must submit a resignation from any existing employment.
Screening Test: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test, subject to detailed scrutiny by the appointing authority.
Government Employees: Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
Competent Authority Rights: The authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions or cancel/reject any application without assigning a reason.

Submission Deadline: Last date for submission of online application is 31 October, 2026.
Fee Verification: Create a profile, obtain an E-Sahulat token, get CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk), and deposit the non-refundable test fee through Easypaisa app/agent or UBL Bank/UBL OMNI agent.
Roll No. Slips: Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk.
