Key Responsibilities & Job Role

Monitoring and compliance activities of the e-Sahulat franchisee network to ensure adherence to approved policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Implementing monitoring and compliance mechanisms, checklists, SOPs, and reporting frameworks.
Ensuring timely follow-up with regional teams, franchisees, and stakeholders for resolution of identified issues.
Analyzing operational and compliance data to provide periodic reports and summaries to management.
Monitoring franchisee performance, identifying trends, recurring issues, risks, and areas requiring management intervention.
Coordinating with regional teams for smooth implementation of compliance SOPs.
Ensuring achievement of departmental objectives within specified timelines.
Reviewing official correspondence, reports, presentations, and communications related to monitoring and compliance.
Representing the department in relevant meetings and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Performing any other duty assigned by the reporting officer.

Terms, Conditions & Eligibility Criteria

Contract Period: Selected candidates will be hired initially for a contract period of 3 years (extendable if required) with a 6-month probation period.

Age Relaxation: 5 years’ age relaxation is already included in the maximum age limit of 55 years.

TA/DA & Test Regulations: No TA/DA will be admissible. Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, and smart watches will not be allowed during the test/interview.
