Important Dates, Terms & How to Apply

- Online Application Start Date: 13th August 2026
- Last Date to Apply: 05th September 2026
- Eligibility & Scope: Candidates from all over Pakistan are eligible to apply.
- Placement: Employees will be allocated/placed at appropriate levels under the Institutional Pay Scale (IPS) at MTI-HMC and its affiliates (KGMC, IKD, PICO, B&PSC, and FHH).
- NADRA Verification: Candidates must generate an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and verify their CNIC No. at any NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk before applying.
- Fee Payment: Deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) using the generated deposit slip via Easypaisa app or designated bank/OMNI agent branches. Keep the original deposit slip safe.
- Previous Advertisements: Positions previously advertised under specific INF numbers (including INF(P) 1614/26, 893/2026, 249/2026, 202/2026, 5094/25, and 241/23) are withdrawn. Candidates who applied previously must submit fresh applications through ETEA.
- Government Servants: Must apply through the proper channel.
- Test & Selection: Screening test will be conducted by ETEA. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, and original documents with attested copies must be produced at interview time.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.
