Educational Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university.
- Relevant degree in:
- Education
- Early Childhood Education (ECE)
- Urdu
- Related academic discipline
- Additional preference for candidates with ECE certifications or specialized Urdu teaching training.
Experience & Preferred Skills
- Fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome to apply.
- Internship or teaching experience in preschool or kindergarten is an advantage.
- Knowledge of play-based and activity-based learning.
- Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with inclusive, child-centered teaching methods.
- For Urdu applicants, experience in early literacy, storytelling, vocabulary development, and Urdu instructional material development is preferred.
Salary & Internship Duration
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 50,000
- Internship Duration: 89 days
