Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills
The selected candidate will be involved in various technical aspects of housing development:
- Planning & Development: Assist in housing scheme planning and road design, including zoning and sewerage layouts.
- Mapping & Documentation: Support mapping, surveys, and land record digitization while handling plot-related documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure the implementation of bylaws and coordinate effectively with various departments.
- Technical Software: Command over AutoCAD, ArcMap/GIS Tools, Google Earth Pro, and MS Office.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with Revit and SketchUp will be considered an added advantage.
