Experience Requirements
- At least 12 years of post-qualification experience in:
- Procurement of works, goods, and services.
- Procurement under PPRA Rules and World Bank Procurement Guidelines.
- Preparing and administering advertisements, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), bidding documents, and procurement evaluations.
- Previous experience with public sector organizations, donor-funded projects, and knowledge of Local Government Systems and the regulatory framework will be considered an added advantage.
