Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics / Artificial Intelligence (AI), or any other related discipline from an HEC-recognized university; OR qualified CA, CMA, or ACCA.
- Post-Qualification Experience:
- Additional Joint Registrar: Minimum 08 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Deputy Registrar: Minimum 06 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Assistant Registrar: Minimum 03 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Note: For qualified Chartered Accountants, CA Articleship will be considered part of the requisite experience.
Age Limits & Relaxations
- Additional Joint Registrar: Maximum 45 years.
- Deputy Registrar: Maximum 40 years.
- Assistant Registrar: Maximum 35 years.
- Age Relaxation: Applicants for the positions of Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrar who possess at least 3 years of work experience with a regulator will receive a 5-year age relaxation.
Terms of Appointment & Instructions
- Employment Type: Contractual basis for a term of three (3) years, extendable based on organizational needs and performance. Regularization may be considered after 3 years subject to SECP’s criteria.
