Position Title	Qualification & Experience
Accounts Payable Executive	• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / BSc (Finance & Account) • Experience: 2–3 years

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and receive vendors’ invoices along with related supporting documents.
- Compare invoices with agreed quantities and quality of goods, as per agreements.
- Verify all applicable taxes (Sales Tax & Advance Tax) and check calculations.
- Book vendors’ invoices into the ERP system using correct GL codes and account heads.
- Ensure payments are processed within due dates and maintain knowledge of withholding tax requirements.
- Execute advance payments, maintain and reconcile advances, stock ledgers, and supplier/employee reconciliations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience will be a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
