Eligibility Criteria & Selection Procedure
- Domicile Status: Applications are invited exclusively from domicile holders of Balochistan Province for recruitment on a regular basis under the Balochistan Quota.
- Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation of 05 years (for Balochistan province) is admissible in addition to the general age relaxation as per Federal Government instructions.
- Recruitment Method (BPS 1–16): Recruitment for BPS-1 to BPS-16 positions will be conducted through a Walk-in Interview process across major districts of Balochistan (no written/screening test).
- Recruitment Method (BPS 17–18): For posts in BPS-17 and BPS-18, tests and interviews will be conducted as per applicable rules and regulations.
- Posting Location: Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan depending on requirement basis.

- How to Apply: Applications must be submitted online through the National Job Portal (NJP) using the dedicated tab created for this recruitment exercise.
- Alternative Submission: Applications can also be submitted at the respective District Employment Cell. Direct applications sent directly to the National Highway Authority or Ministry of Communications will not be entertained.
- Document Verification: Candidates must present original documents along with an attested set of educational certificates, degrees, CNIC, and Domicile Certificate at the time of interview.
- In-Service Candidates: Serving government employees must apply through proper channel.
- Deadline: Apply online within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
