Step-by-Step Application Procedure
Applying requires completing both online registration and hard-copy submission:
- Online Application: Interested candidates must apply online through the National Job Portal (NJP) at www.njp.gov.pk.
- Form & TORs Download: Download the prescribed application form and detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) from the official website of the Petroleum Division.
- Hard-Copy Dossier Preparation: After submitting online via NJP, candidates must compile the following package:
- Duly completed and signed application form.
- Printed copy of the online NJP application slip.
- Attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, Educational Certificates/Degrees, and Experience Certificates.
- Departmental NOC (mandatory for serving Government employees).
- Dispatch: Send the complete application dossier by post or courier to the official postal address given below.
Key Terms & Employment Conditions
- Contract Duration: Appointments are purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 02 years. They do not confer any right to regular appointment.
- Shortlisting: Shortlisting will be conducted strictly based on the hard-copy documents received.
- Application Deadline: Complete applications must reach the destination address within fifteen (15) days of publication of the advertisement (~09 November 2026). Incomplete or late submissions will be rejected.
